Been reading this book by Joe Biel (Microcosm Publishing/Cantankerous Titles). Basically the 192 pages book features collection of interviews he conducted with punks who are successful in their own fields. It's about how they bring and hold on to DIY punk ideas and ethics in their career and professional activities. Among the personnel included here are; Nate Powell (cartoonist), Fly (artist), Ben Weasel (pundit), Cristy Road (artist), Al Burian (writer), Brea Grant (actress), AK Press, Ian Mackaye (Dischord Records) and Boxcar Books.
